Job Description
Transactional Associate Attorney
We are seeking an attorney to join our clients team. This attorney will conduct transactional matters for homeowner association clients. If you seek a professional environment with a strong work-life balance and a commitment to client service this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Draft documents to provide legal representation to clients including contracts insurance policies governing documents easement contracts and licenses.
- Review association governing documents statues / case law and real estate documents.
- Perform legal research.
- Formulates and issues well founded written and verbal opinions.
- Effectively conducts negotiations to resolve matters.
- Advises and communicates regularly with clients.
- Attend board and annual meetings.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Colorado Bar.
- 4 years experience of litigation and/or transactional experience in real estate non-profit corporate governance contract review fair housing employment law and torts.
- Analytical skills necessary to conduct detailed analysis of legal matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills.
