Job Description

Transactional Associate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney to join our clients team. This attorney will conduct transactional matters for homeowner association clients. If you seek a professional environment with a strong work-life balance and a commitment to client service this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Draft documents to provide legal representation to clients including contracts insurance policies governing documents easement contracts and licenses.
  • Review association governing documents statues / case law and real estate documents.
  • Perform legal research.
  • Formulates and issues well founded written and verbal opinions.
  • Effectively conducts negotiations to resolve matters.
  • Advises and communicates regularly with clients.
  • Attend board and annual meetings.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado Bar.
  • 4 years experience of litigation and/or transactional experience in real estate non-profit corporate governance contract review fair housing employment law and torts.
  • Analytical skills necessary to conduct detailed analysis of legal matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
