Position: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing materials including print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop marketing materials including brochures flyers posters banners social media graphics and other promotional materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the companys brand and messaging
Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for all marketing materials
Ensure that all designs are of high quality and meet brand standards
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for design and marketing
Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the timely and accurate production of materials
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-3 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print
Experience with web design and social media graphics is a plus
