Job Title: Electrical Department Manager
Location: Buffalo NY 14206
Salary: $140000 - $150000 Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Electrical Engineering department including project assignments staffing and mentoring

Lead electrical design efforts for power distribution lighting controls and other building systems

Coordinate with clients project managers architects and other disciplines

Oversee QA/QC reviews code compliance and project documentation

Develop and maintain department standards workflows and budgets

Support business development efforts and proposal preparation when needed
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
-
Professional Engineer (PE) license required

8 years of electrical design experience in commercial industrial or institutional projects

Prior leadership project management or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of NEC NYS codes and industry best practices

Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and electrical design software
