Job Description
Welding Crew Leader (Dump Truck Line)
Location: Lewisburg PA 17837
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of welders in completing welding projects
- Ensure all welding work is completed to high quality standards
- Train and mentor team members on welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
- Adhere to safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members and departments on projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in welding (3 years)
- Previous experience in a team leader or crew leader role (2 years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams
- Knowledge of welding equipment and tools
