Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Join a Leading Am Law 200 Firm!
Are you a highly motivated and skilled mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney seeking an exciting opportunity to specialize in warranty-related litigation Our client a prestigious Am Law 200 firm is actively seeking a dedicated attorney to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. This is an exceptional chance to become part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and specialized practice area.
About the Opportunity:
This role offers the unique opportunity to focus exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related litigation. While direct warranty experience is not required candidates must possess a strong foundation in trial and arbitration preparation including motion practice depositions and mediations. You will leverage your advocacy legal research writing and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Defending automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation.
Conducting motion practice.
Taking and defending depositions.
Participating in mediations.
Conducting thorough legal research.
Drafting persuasive legal writings.
Engaging in effective negotiation.
Delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:
Experience Level: Mid- to senior-level Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience.
Bar Membership: Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
Litigation Skills: Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation including motion practice depositions and mediations.
Core Legal Abilities: Strong advocacy legal research writing and negotiation skills.
Academic Excellence: Excellent academic credentials.
Organizational Prowess: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Commitment to Quality: Committed to delivering high-quality work.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Location: Remote or in one of their offices as long as you are a member of the CA BAR and based in CA.
Salary:
$170000 to $200000 plus bonus.
