Job Description
Description of the role:
The Physical Therapist at Springs Village Care Center in Colorado Springs CO will be responsible for providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients in need of physical therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients mobility and quality of life
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in Colorado
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
