Job Description

Now were looking for a dedicated and motivatedRebate Specialistto join our team and help us deliver excellence to our customers in Huntington WV!
We are currently looking for a dynamic full-time Rebate Specialist to join the team in Huntington WV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain all vendor rebate agreements ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Track and analyze sales data to determine rebate eligibility and forecast potential earnings.
- Prepare and submit rebate claims to vendors in accordance with contract terms and deadlines.
- Reconcile rebate payments received with submitted claims and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Collaborate with purchasing sales and accounting teams to ensure alignment on rebate program execution.
- Maintain detailed records of rebate transactions and provide regular reporting to management.
- Monitor rebate program performance and identify opportunities for optimization or new rebate opportunities.
- Assist in audits related to rebate programs and provide supporting documentation as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and vendor program changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in rebate management accounting or a related administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with rebate tracking software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across departments.
Location and Hours:
- This position is housed at our corporate headquarters in Huntington WV.
- The hours will be 8:00am to 5pm daily Monday Friday.
- Not a work-at-home position.
- Pay will be commensurate to experience and skill.
