Contract Type: Full-time Permanent
Reporting to: Head of Retail Marketing
Are you a natural organiser with a creative spark and a passion for agriculture Join Mole Valley Farmers as our Agricultural Retail Marketing Coordinator and help shape the future of agricultural retail marketing.
This is more than just a marketing role its your chance to make a real impact across a dynamic nationwide business. Youll work closely with teams in Marketing Agricultural Product Management and Retail Operations to bring campaigns to life and connect with farming communities across the UK.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media in-store PR and more)
- Creating engaging content and internal communications
- Supporting agricultural campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Managing marketing projects from concept to completion
- Overseeing the production of printed materials and point-of-sale displays
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Monitoring campaign performance and managing budgets effectively
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a marketing role with a solid understanding of campaign planning and delivery
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A genuine interest in agriculturefarming background a bonus!
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- A proactive self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
