Job Description

UNE Partnerships are looking for a tech-savvy HubSpot & Automation Marketing Specialist to join our growing sales marketing and partnerships team.

Owned by the University of New England (UNE) we are a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6754) providing quality distance and online education to diverse range of students and organisations around Australia and overseas. About the role:

The Marketing Specialist HubSpot & Automation is a newly created role to revolutionise our prospective student engagement processes through HubSpot.

As our HubSpot champion youll review our existing processes create new automated workflows and refine contact journeys to nurture prospects through their enrolment journey.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years working in HubSpot and a passion for automation and journey optimisation (great if you have educational sector experience).

This part-time position (20 hours per week) offers the opportunity to shape our marketing technology stack while working within a supportive team committed to student growth and happiness results.

What youll be doing:

  • Help manage and optimise HubSpot CRM (automation and journeys)
  • Help support course advisor automation for a more seamless prospective student experience
  • Review existing automations and implement new marketing automation workflows
  • Create and maintain lead nurturing sequences
  • Support course advisors with effective CRM automation & processes
  • Help develop reporting dashboards
  • Maintain data quality and compliance
  • Help rollout AI automation and other emerging tools

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3 years HubSpot experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation
  • Experience in email/sms content and journey builds
  • Funnel Management and lead scoring experience
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Process documentation expertise
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in education sector (highly desirable)
