Job Summary/Description:

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high-value accounts making strategic decisions and navigating challenges from start to finish. You should be confident in adapting to change overcoming objections and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.

GDM is hiring three National Sales Directors with the goal of one in each key market - Washington DC/Baltimore MD; Philadelphia PA; and Pittsburgh PA.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Own and execute the national sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop new business opportunities with mid-market to enterprise brands.
- Promote the full suite of digital products including Programmatic (Display Video Audio CTV) Social Search Omnichannel media solutions and more.
- Lead consultative sales conversations present campaign strategies and deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management Ad Ops and Marketing to support campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends competitive landscape and performance insights to inform sales positioning and prospecting.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting pipeline reporting and business updates to leadership.
- Attend key client meetings to represent Gray Digital Media and expand market presence.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 5 years of digital media sales experience with at least 2 years in a national or multi-regional role.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic omnichannel and performance media.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $2M annual sales quotas.
- Experience selling into mid/large market and enterprise clients (brand-direct and/or agency).
- Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred:
- Existing relationships with national brands holding companies or large independent agencies.
- Experience at a media agency ad tech company DSP or performance marketing platform.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
