Compliance Inspector (PT) Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond WA)
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a premier resort-style 55 active adult community located in scenic Redmond Washington. Home to 1522 residences the community is nestled among lush green spaces and miles of forested trails offering an exceptional natural environment for its members. In addition to its breathtaking surroundings Trilogy boasts a wide array of high-end amenities and facilities designed to support an active and engaged lifestyle.
We are seeking a PT Compliance Inspector to work 25 hours/weekly flexible schedule. This is an entry level position for aCompliance Inspectorposition for our Trilogy at Redmond Ridge community with on the job training.
TheCompliance Inspectorassists in the enforcement of the communitys covenants by conducting community inspections within as well as assist with the architectural request process.
Qualifications:
- A clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products
Job Duties:
- Learn the communitys CC&Rs Rules & Regulations and Design Guidelines
- Conduct drive through inspections
- Follow Board and/or Director requests in regard to Compliance enforcement and Architectural process and procedures
