TheRestaurants Product & Solutions Marketing Manageris responsible for managing and supporting the product and solutions marketing efforts for the NCR VoyixRestaurants business. Translating our technology offers into meaningful value propositions messaging architecture positioning content and assets focusing on outcomes such as helping our customers drive top line growth manage operational efficiency and provide an unparalleled consumer experience to their guests. Requires understanding of market trends customer needs and competitive landscapes. Proficient in designing key external solution product and feature messaging and positioning based on audiences influencers and decision makers. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning:Develop clear and compelling product positioningandmessagingthat differentiates our products in the market. Ability to translate complex product facts into value propositions highlighting customer benefits and outcomes.
  • Help drivemarket researchto understand industry trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Marketing Strategy:Create andimplement comprehensive marketing plans including product launches promotional campaigns and sales enablement programs.
  • Content Creation:Collaborate with cross-functional teams toproduce high-quality marketing materialssuch as case studies whitepapers blog posts and videos.
  • Sales Support:Provide the sales team with thenecessary tools and trainingto effectively sell our products includingsales presentations product demos and competitive analysis.
  • Performance Metrics:Track and analyze key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement:Engage withcustomers to gather feedback understand their needs and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration:Workclosely with product management sales and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in product marketing preferably in the restaurant sector.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
