Job Description
Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a cohesive family-oriented team at Heart Clinic Arkansas - Hot Springs. Our clinic offers great work hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) and flexibility! This role is PRN for an as needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Answers phones promptly and courteously
- Responds to mail regarding account inquiries
- Answers patient questions
- Maintains records and files current for easy retrieval
- Enters patient information for appointments
- Reviews daily transaction journals to ensure all transaction batches are balanced
- Handles patient accounts confidentially
- Post all charges and payments to each designated patient account
- Handles collections of patient money in accurate honest mannerism
- Schedule patient appointments
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma GED or Equivalent
- Experience in Health care or related setting preferred experience will be switchboard patient registration and scheduling.
