Founders Academy seeks behavior support staff to assist the principal in addressing student behavioral needs enforcing the disciplinary code and providing general student supervision thereby contributing to an overall positive and supportive culture and climate within our middle school ideal candidate will demonstrate genuine care respect and the ability to form meaningful connections with middle school-aged students. Candidates would also require patience and confidence to engage in accountability conversations with students and effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and for this non-certified position may vary widely.
