Workplace Solutions within Infrastructure Technology & Operations is seeking to hire a Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead and support our Enterprise Help Desk Knowledge Management and Application End User Support Products within our End User Support Product Family.
Position Responsibilities:

Understands the product lifecycle including the creation of new products and/or services deployment modification aging and continued service and disposition
Works with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and tools
Develops and implements IT strategies that align with business goals
Understands strategic sourcing objectives including supply base optimization enterprise leveraging supplier performance improvement and business considerations to develop the companys supplier base
Understands the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the product family and product division including the impact of changes in one area on another area which includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between products and services anticipate future events and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance and value provided to teammates
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience within information Technology
5 years of experience leading products and services in support of end users
5 years of experience working in cross-functional teams
5 years of experience in a lead role such as project manager team lead product manager product owner or other similar lead roles
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience with IT organization strategy processes and tools
