Trainee Sprayer
Salary: 12.21ph - 13ph
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Near Blackwater
Syntech Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Trainee Sprayer to join our Sign Manufacturing client supplying bespoke signage and display pieces to clients across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in spray painting and surface finishing. No prior experience is required but a genuine interest in manufacturing and hands-on work is essential. Candidates with a car & driving license will be at a distinct advantage.
Trainee Sprayer Duties:
Preparing materials for spraying (metals plastics MDF and timber)
Using wet spray and powder coating techniques
Assisting experienced sprayers with set-up and application
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all Health & Safety protocols
Trainee Sprayer Profile:
No experience required full training will be given
Must be reliable punctual and willing to learn
Able to follow clear instructions and work well in a team
Interest in working with paints coatings and surface finishes
Able to commute to site near Blackwater via their own transport
