The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is looking for anAssociate or Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join theIndustrial EngineeringTeam based out ofNorth Charleston South Carolina.
This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will fulfill a dynamic range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Staff Analyst with The Boeing Company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Provides strategic content logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events for executive leadership briefings.
- Manages meeting agendas keeps minutes records action items and follow ups
- Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendation.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to deploy broad organizational training.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 2 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data.
- 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- 2 years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data.
- 5 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- 5 years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to executive leaders
