Are you passionate about enriching the lives of older adults Were seeking a Program Manager who is creative organized and committed to providing engaging person-centered programming for residents in assisted living memory care and skilled nursing.

Lead and coordinate recreational and therapeutic programs across Assisted Living (AL) Memory Care (MC) and Healthcare/SNF.
Supervise and support Program Coordinators and Activity Assistants to deliver high-quality individualized activities.
Design and implement monthly calendars special events community trips and interactive programming.
Collaborate with residents families and staff to ensure a robust schedule that supports cognitive physical spiritual and social well-being.
Manage volunteers and facilitate interdepartmental coordination for all events.
Oversee program budgets supplies staff scheduling and compliance with training requirements.
Be a visible energetic presence in the communityengaging directly with residents daily.
Required:
At least 1 year of experience in a recreational or social program within the past 5 years.
Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or Activity Director Certification (ADC) or willingness to obtain within one year of hire.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools.
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field.
Prior experience in senior living or healthcare settings.
Experience with electronic medical records and staff scheduling platforms.
Knowledge of dementia-specific programming and person-centered care.
