Job requirements
Job Title: Technology Architect Solutions & Platforms
Role Overview:
The Technology Architect Solutions & Platforms will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable secure and high-performance technical solutions that enable AI-driven and digital transformation across Evernorth. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture enterprise systems design and modern development practices with a focus on enabling innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:
Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business and digital transformation goals.
Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable architectures.
Cloud & Platform Engineering:
Architect cloud-native solutions using platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Define infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery.
Enterprise Systems Design:
Lead hands-on design and development of enterprise-grade systems and platforms.
Ensure systems are resilient secure and optimized for performance and cost.
Microservices & DevOps:
Implement microservices-based architectures and containerization strategies.
Promote DevOps practices including automation monitoring and continuous integration.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with product managers data scientists and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in solution and cloud architecture including multi-tier and distributed systems.
Hands-on expertise in designing enterprise-grade systems with high availability and scalability.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD container orchestration etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with healthcare application ecosystems including interoperability and compliance standards.
Understanding of AI/ML model infrastructure including deployment monitoring and lifecycle management.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Architect Expert).
Personal Attributes:
Technically curious and passionate about innovation.
Strong communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
$80 - $82 an hour
