We have an exciting opportunity for a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER in theCLEVELAND OHarea. Includes significant travel to support our customers in the US with travel to Canada as required. Includes Company car benefits paid vacation and paid overtime.
Objectives:
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction by performing repairs installations and maintenance/calibration of Mahr systems at customer locations.
  • Train customer personnel in the proper use and maintenance of the equipment where appropriate.
  • Submit weekly reports to generate billing certification and equipment history and provide feedback on product performance.
  • Travel up to 100% during workweek Monday- Friday.
Requirements:
  • Field service and metrology experience desired.
  • Experience in testing calibration and assembly of precision instruments is preferred.
  • Vocational education/military or equivalent work experience required.
  • Electronic and mechanical technical background required along with experience with computers and software troubleshooting.
