Responsibilities: Collect review and analyze financial information in order to make recommendations to the Government. Define the nature and extent of problems and analyze relevant data. Develop solutions to problems. Assist with funds acceptance obligation and execution. Investigate alternative funding methods. Assist with analyzing and developing budget data.
Education: BA/BS from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in a business financial or technical field.
Allowable Substitution: An AA/AS degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and two (2) additional years of experience or a High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS degree.
Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in financial/cost management three (3) years of which have been in Department of Navy or other Department of Defense programs or operations.
Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
