Customer Experience Associate
This is an on-site position in Valparaiso Indiana.

JOBSUMMARY
Join a team and own responsibility for the local office. You will support the local office reception area and Customer Experience organization across the country. In this role you will operate a telephone switchboard to answer screen route calls and relays messages. Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry. Greet and answer inquiries for public customers and visitors; announce and log visitors. Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries.

Location: In Office/on-site Valparaiso IN 5 days week (M-F).
Hours: Typical Hours are 7:30-4:30pm M-F.
Travel:No travel typically required.
PhysicalDemands: The employee is regularly required to sit talk and hear and use hands to finger handle or feel. This position requiresclose vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) andthe basic need to look at a computer screen8 hours a day. This position requires the individual to handle deliveries/packages some can weigh 20-40 pounds.
