Position Overview:
This position will lead a team of Jobs for North Carolinas Graduates (JNCG) College/Career Specialists ensure the quality implementation of the JAG Model and work towards achieving positive student outcomes at assigned Communities In Schools Services Group LLC (CISSG) locations. They are responsible for the supervision direction and management of all day-to-day operations including administering and tracking budgets. They will be in charge of building relationships and partnerships with the communities schools principals and staff and funders with guidance and support of the JNCG State Director.
