Estimator
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $60K$100K Hybrid

Estimator Responsibilities
- Building estimates and proposals ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Complete conceptual budgeting activities
- Assist with schedules pricing strategies and proposal narratives as needed
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers and review their scope
- Complete complex Change Order estimates
Estimator Qualifications
- 3 years of structural estimating
- Strong knowledge of fabrication detailing erection and project workflows
- Prior experience reviewing and finalizing technical proposals and pricing
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in structural steel is a plus
