Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. This is a hybrid position that will require onsite visits once a month for team meetings; onsite requirements may change based on operational needs. This will be discussed during the interview process.

The Analytics Consultant Senior consults with stakeholders to assess analytics needs facilitate discussions develop analytic solutions and drive organizational change. Initiatives will be of significant complexity and risk with an emphasis on value-based arrangements.
The individual will support:
Financial modeling analysis business planning and development revenue cycle performance measurement
Value-based care impact analyses
Clinical workflow and electronic health record reporting and analyses quality measurement benchmarking and goal setting performance measurement analyses

- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Information Systems Engineering Business Data Science or related field (Four years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement) Required
- Masters Degree in Healthcare Information Systems Engineering Business Data Science or related field Preferred
- Demonstrated success creating complex analytic solutions such as reports dashboards and business plans Required
- Demonstrated success identifying needs and requirements and ability to align and connect systems and solutions Required
- Demonstrated success using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify opportunity Required
- Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring Required
- 5 years of relevant data analysis or analytics experience in healthcare (provider or payor) Preferred
- 3 years of experience using Epic Chronicles Epic Registries Epic Clarity and/or Epic Caboodle Data Warehouse Preferred
- Project management experience including agile methods Preferred
- Healthcare subject matter expertise in a health system academic medical center or health payer organization Preferred
- Epic certifications in any subject area Preferred
