MultiVersity Housing Partners is looking for a Marketing and Leasing Consultant to join its team at The League Bloomington in Bloomington IN. Responsibilities for the position include but not limited to execution of various marketing tactics answering phone calls (some on call work is required) analyzes market and takes action to report recommendations give leasing tours complete leasing paperwork and follow up with prospective residents market on and around campus.
Major responsibilities consist of:
1) Leasing
a. Greet potential residents and current residents
b. Answer calls and persuade potential residents to visit the property
c. Tour and showcase property to prospective residents through the property and model apartments
d. Follow Up and Close Leads
i. Responsible for the accurate follow up and execution of communication with prospective residents and current residents
e. Communicate specials and promotions
f. Address and resolve questions/concerns in a timely manner
g. Pursue leads
h. Achieve goals
i. Will be responsible for maintaining and obtaining monthly goals
i. Process leases
i. Qualify applicants
ii. Properly execute the lease
iii. Prepare lease packages and lease renewal packages
2) Marketing
a. Advocate and market the property to prospective residents in the market
b. May implement approved marketing techniques/programs
c. Assist and organize resident events
3.) Tenant Experience
e. Greet existing residents
f. Answer incoming calls
g. Discover resident needs wants and fit with the property
h. Timely follow-up and follow through on resident needs
i. Input service requests
ii. Manage mail and packages that are received within the office
iii. Follow-up on housekeeping items property registration forms etc.
i. Build rapport with residents
j. Create hospitality and a sense of belonging in a professional atmosphere
k. Complete guest cards and respond with follow up emails phone calls etc.
3) General Clerical
a. File information
b. Prepare correspondence
c. Copy information
d. Generate mailings
4) Accurate Reporting
a. Accurate and precise lease files for current and future residents
b. Read ledgers and communicate resident billing with residents and guarantors
c. Upload leases into Realpage and manage waitlisting/renewing current accounts
5) Physical Plant
a. Inspect grounds
b. Assist with annual move out/move-in in August
c. Assist with the inspection of units as needed
