- Job Title: Resource Manager

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Manager with 810 years of expertise in resource planning allocation and utilization management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating across delivery recruitment and project management teams to ensure optimal resource deployment and workforce planning.
- Resource Planning & Allocation: Manage end-to-end resource planning allocation and onboarding for multiple projects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource forecasts and availability. Proactively identify potential resource gaps and conflicts and resolve them effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers delivery leads and HR to understand project pipeline and resource demands. Work closely with recruitment teams to fill open roles with the right skills in a timely manner.
- Utilization Management: Monitor and report on resource utilization bench strength and productivity metrics. Recommend and implement strategies to optimize resource usage and reduce bench time.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of skills inventory resource assignments and project allocations. Generate regular dashboards and reports on resource KPIs including utilization availability and forecast accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine resource management processes and tools to improve efficiency and transparency. Drive initiatives for skill mapping competency development and internal mobility.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Information Technology or related field.
- 1015 years of experience in resource management workforce planning or operations in a project-based or matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles delivery models (Agile Waterfall etc.) and staffing needs.
- Proficiency in resource management tools (e.g. SAP MS Project Smartsheet Planview etc.).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
