Job Overview

Podar Vasai seeks a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our esteemed network. This is a mid-level full-time position based in Virar and Bhayandar. The role involves managing the admissions process connecting with prospective students and parents and promoting our educational offerings to build lasting relationships within the community.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in managing the admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for prospective families.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate our institutions values and offerings to interested parties.
  • Experience in parent counselling to guide families through educational decisions that best meet their childrens needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with students parents and educational stakeholders.
  • Proven marketing skills to develop strategies that attract and retain students effectively.
  • Experience in digital marketing for leveraging online platforms to enhance the schools visibility and engagement.
  • Empathetic listener with the capability to address concerns and provide solutions to prospective parents.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and admissions processes simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment ensuring a welcoming experience for all prospective families.
  • Conduct parent counselling sessions to understand their needs and align them with our educational programs.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the schools brand and increase student enrollment.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques to enhance the institutions online presence and engagement.
  • Organize and participate in open houses educational fairs and community events to generate interest in our programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administration to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records and reports for management review.
  • Act as a liaison between families and the school to facilitate communication and understanding of the schools academic offerings.
