An ambitious architecture practice based in Islington London is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their growing team. Specialising in high-specification data centre projects this practice is known for delivering technically complex work at pace while maintaining a collaborative and supportive studio culture. Located in Islington the studio offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on project experience in a technical design environment.
This opportunity would suit a Part II Architectural Assistant with strong experience in technical design and a background in data centres infrastructure or industrial projects. Youll be supporting senior staff across key design stages developing your skills in Revit BIM workflows and construction detailing.
Package:

Office:
Islington London
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm (flexible start/end time available)
Duties:
Supporting the architectural team across RIBA stages 24 on data centre projects
Preparing technical drawings design packages and BIM models in Revit
Assisting with design development detailing and specification
Creating visuals and supporting presentation materials
Attending internal reviews and technical coordination sessions
Taking part in site visits surveys and compiling notes for senior staff
Requirements:
Part II qualified with a background in data centres infrastructure or industrial design
Strong experience using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Comfortable producing technical drawing packages and details
A collaborative approach to working within a design team
Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
