Are you our new Accounts Administrator (12-month Fixed Term)
Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level At Intrum were looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic finance team in Reigate Surrey on a hybrid basis. If youre experienced in Finance or Accounting and looking for your next step this could be the opportunity for you.
In this role youll be at the heart of our daily financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency. This position also offers opportunities to contribute to broader finance-related duties. What youll be doing:
Manage daily cash payments and allocating them within our production systems
Reconcile and process bank payment requests accurately and promptly
Complete bank account reconciliations for key client accounts
Process daily cash and bank journals and resolving transactions in suspense
Review and authorise credit balance refunds ensuring accuracy and timelines
Assess current processes identify opportunities and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact our customers.
What were looking for:
Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar finance role
Skilled in Excel including vlookups and pivot tables
Strong data management skills with exceptional attention to detail
A proactive problem solver who is self-motivated enthusiastic and eager to learn
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills at all levels
