What Were Looking For
Our Auto Insurance Division in our Burnaby location is seeking a client-focused Insurance Advisor Auto. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License
- 1-2 year experience in auto insurance
- Client service focused with exceptional communication skills
- Excellent insurance product knowledge

A Day in the Life
Committed to providing an exceptional client experience by being connected to HUB International Insurance Brokers in the bigger picture; understanding the vision mission and goals while effecting HUB values in our day to day operation.
Providing ICBC and private auto coverage advice and sales to clients new renewals changes cancellations - servicing our dealerships and supporting in the office and in a call-center environment when required.
Adherence to ICBC and private auto production budgets timelines policies procedures and workflows.
Interpreting and ensuring that insurer and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed including compliance with inventory along with handling of funds and documents.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints appropriately.
Commitment to sales culture by identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling) of other HUB market offerings.
Commitment to personal growth and professional development to enhance skills abilities and performance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

The expected salary range for this position is $40000 to $50000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
