About the role
Due to continued growth were on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join our Brisbane team. Youll be stepping into a role that offers autonomy support and the opportunity to lead complex builds that youre proud to drive from the ground up. Youll benefit from strong systems well-resourced sites and a company culture that values development and progression. With a full workbook and the majority of our projects coming from long-standing repeat clients its a great time to step into a role that offers stability growth and variety.
About you
- You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion(ideally multi-residential or large industrial projects).
- You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity.
- You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies.
- You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies.
- You have a commercial view understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
