Dashboard Developer
Bring your dashboard development and data visualisation skills to national projects that contribute to developing a highly trained medical workforce and excellence in health care! We are looking for a Dashboard Developer to become an essential part of our dynamic strategic policy and research (SPAR) team contributing to our work improving the standards of medical training and health care for the Australian community.
About the Opportunity
This position will play a key role in developing enhancing and maintaining impactful interactive and automated dashboards and reports. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data and business providing actionable insights that drive decision-making and organisational success. This is a busy role in a diverse team that leads multiple projects.
The role:
1Design build and document interactive and automated dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights. Perform data modelling cleansing transformation mapping and integration across multiple sources.
2Transform business requirements into technical solutions ensuring clarity and usability for different audiences.
3Assist teams to define KPIs enabling teams to measure success and identify opportunities.
4Work with stakeholders to foster innovation in data-driven methodologies and solutions. A self-motivated adaptable attitude to learn and respond to evolving business needs.
5Regularly collaborate with ICT technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of automated and interactive dashboards and reports without compromising privacy and integrity of data.
6Contribute to identifying and addressing the organisations concerns that impact on take up of new dashboards and reports.

Whats in it for you
This is an 18-month full time contract working with a team that is mainly Canberra-based.
A base salary of $92972-$125792 is available depending on skills and experience
Generous leave and leave loading 11.5% superannuation salary packaging additional to base salary.
