Job Description
Perth Role Airport Based.
The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain of life support goods to Barrow Island ensuring full compliance with quarantine safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail excellent communication and a commitment to Our Safety Culture.
The Person:
- Coordinate movement and distribution of supplies for the Gorgon Project.
- Plan schedule and track inbound/outbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with quarantine and safety standards including Dangerous Goods handling.
- Conduct inspections and complete logistics documentation.
- Perform 3-way matching of goods stocktaking and data entry into Compass systems.
- Maintain clean food-safe and quarantine-compliant workspaces.
- Support team training and uphold high service standards.
