Job Description
Role:
- From strategy to execution you design and implement intelligent workplace solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that empower teams protect data and drive innovation.
- Define scalable secure and compliant architectures.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and present architectural decisions and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support user adoption strategies and training initiatives.
- Continuously optimize solutions for performance cost and user experience.
- Provide expert guidance on M365 services including SharePoint Online Teams Exchange Online Power Platform and Security & Compliance.
- Stay ahead of the curve with Microsofts roadmap and industry best practices.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of M365 ecosystem including Power Platform Azure AD and Microsoft Security & Compliance Center.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
