Role:
- Help teams establish and improve their value delivery practicesfrom planning to execution to follow-up.
- Support teams in articulating their work through a value and outcome lens.
- Coach product owners scrum masters and team members in flow-based planning and iterative delivery.
- Help align and coordinate multiple teams and initiatives around common goals and customer needs.
- Facilitate team events and tactical ceremonies (e.g. cross coordination prioritization retrospectives etc).
- Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and experimentation.
- Strengthen collaboration across domains to support end-to-end value flow.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience applying Lean Agile and flow-based principles in complex organizations (SAFe knowledge is a plus).
- Practical experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) Agile Coach or similar role with responsibility for enabling delivery across multiple teams.
- Ability to work operationally and tactically guiding both day-to-day team delivery and long-term improvement.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience leading events and workshops in both in-person and remote settings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to help teams and leaders speak clearly about value outcomes and customer impact.
- Experience supporting change and transformation in cross-functional/cultural environments.
- A structured and proactive mindset with the ability to lead without authority and foster continuous learning.
