Remote (Norway only) Start: ASAP 3-month contract possible 6-month extension

Your mission:
Spot & attract the best talent by crafting and posting eye-catching job ads across multiple channels
Source smart dig deep into networks and databases to find hidden gems
Keep the flow smooth by coordinating interviews and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers
Organize flawlessly maintain candidate records and keep the recruitment system accurate and up-to-date
Create a standout experience engage candidates with professionalism and warmth throughout their journey.
What you bring to the table:
At least 3 years experience working in recruitment or HR within the Norwegian market
Norway-based with a valid work visa (this role is 100% remote)
A master organizer with exceptional communication skills written and spoken
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
A proactive adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
