About the Role
We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our successful Client Engagement Team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for new clients engaging with them over the phone to understand their needs and demonstrate how our foreign exchange services can help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for setting the standard for high-quality client interactions and ensuring a positive introduction to Lumons services.
We are looking for someone who is approachable has an excellent telephone manner and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. While prior knowledge of the currency market is not essential an interest in the economy and current affairs will be beneficial as these factors influence the foreign exchange market. Full training will be provided.
Working in an energetic and fast-paced environment we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and ideally some experience in a customer-facing role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career within a growing company.
