BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations including supplies equipment and maintenance.
Oversee the scheduling usage and maintenance of company vehicles.
Support employee administrative needs such as travel arrangements and documentation.
Coordinate with external service providers.
Assist in organizing internal meetings events and office communications.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Good command of French English and Chinese (spoken and written).
