Youre passionate about events and get a thrill out of exceeding clients expectations. You love working with people and its mutual because people love working with you. Youre personable and approachable with fantastic listening skills but youre also a planner with ninja-level organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
What youll be doing
- Create an event management database and all related travel booking including the issuance of documents for all participants
- Keep participant lists updated at all times
- Keep our customers updated on progress
- Generate emailings for the event: invitation follow-up final confirmation emails
- Propose travel itineraries to participants
- Provide support on day of event and update attendance information post event
Must haves
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
- Proficient in either event management database such as CVENT and/or Evenium
- Experience as a booking or travel agent
- A valid work permit for the country you are applying for
- Excellent knowledge of database management software
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to haves
- Organized and rigorous
- Skilled at managing priorities and taking a proactive approach toproblem-solving
- Great listening skills and able todigest information
