The Opportunity

Join Tendium at an exciting stage of growth. Youll play a key role in our international market analysis supporting major strategic investments in product development sales and marketing. This is a chance to make an immediate impact in a fast-growing international SaaS company with flexible work conditions and the potential for future opportunities as we grow.


Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to key stakeholders at companies in France through cold-calling email and targeted events.
  • Arrange and lead qualitative interviews.
  • Analyse interview data to deliver clear actionable insights into customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Work cross-functionally with product sales and marketing teams to evaluate opportunities and challenges.


What we are looking for:

  • Experience in market research user research or prospecting roles is highly beneficial but not required.
  • Fluent French and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly comfortable with outreach through email and other means.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn interview findings into clear actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of public procurements is beneficial.

This role is part-time (approximately 1020 hours per week) offering flexible working arrangements and potential growth opportunities within Tendium. The role can be based in Stockholm or France. Some in-person meetings or events in France may be required.
