* Oversee the daily operations of recreational facilities including staffing scheduling and maintenance.
* Develop and implement recreational programs and activities for diverse user groups.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Prepare and manage budgets for recreational programs and services.
* Collaborate with other departments to organize special events and activities.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in recreation services.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in International standard Hotel or Club related organization.
* Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
