Job Description
Location: Harrisburg PA (onsite 3 day a week)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
5yr IT Project Management exp
2 yrs recent/current Workday exp
We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with deep Workday expertise to lead the planning execution and delivery of key Workday-related initiatives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing full lifecycle Workday implementations and enhancements strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to bridge functional and technical teams.
5 7 years of IT Project Management experience with at least 3 5 years leading Workday projects.
Hands-on experience managing Workday HCM Financials Payroll or Integrations projects.
Strong understanding of Workday architecture configurations and data workflows.
Proven success leading end-to-end Workday implementations or major enhancement initiatives.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet JIRA).
PMP CSM or Workday certification(s) strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
