Summary
A powerful opportunity to lead clinical operations in a mission-driven trauma-informed treatment environment serving clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs. Detox Womens Residential Treatment and Admissions. These leadership roles are ideal for LMFTs LCSWs or LPCCs who thrive in high-acuity environments value collaboration and are passionate about delivering compassionate culturally responsive care every day.
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily clinical operations for one of the following:
- Detox Program short-stay stabilization for clients withdrawing from substances with high acuity and frequent coordination with medical teams
- Womens Residential Treatment longer-term care with intensive behavioral health needs and complex trauma histories
- Admissions Program first point of contact for incoming clients requiring strong triage skills and calm leadership during intake crises
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams including therapists counselors and case managers
- Supervise licensed and pre-licensed clinicians ensuring documentation and treatment plans meet county and QA standards
- Partner with medical and operational staff to maintain continuity of care and contract compliance
- Guide teams through high-pressure situations de-escalations and emergencies with steady leadership
- Support performance feedback team scheduling and coverage coordination
- Foster a collaborative in-the-trenches culture where team members support each other in a dynamic high-need setting
Experience Youll Need
- Active California license as an LMFT LCSW or LPCC
- 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health addiction treatment or community mental health
- Strong background working with clients facing trauma homelessness incarceration and substance use
- Experience supervising staff and ensuring clinical documentation is audit-ready
- Familiarity with electronic medical records treatment planning and county-driven standards
- Calm grounded leadership presence in unpredictable or fast-moving situations
- Commitment to culturally responsive trauma-informed care in a team-based environment
