Community & End-User Support Specialist LibreChat & GenAI Adoption
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Community & End-User Support Specialist to lead user engagement and support for LibreChat our internal GenAI platform. Youll play a central role in shaping how users interact with our AI tools by professionalizing our support approach growing a lively community and driving adoption through clear documentation and training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support:
o Act as the single point of contact (SPoC) for support queries via community mailbox.
o Answer questions related to LibreChat usage and broader GenAI topics like prompting techniques.
Community Engagement & Knowledge Management:
o Moderate Teams channels to foster an active grassroots LibreChat user community.
o Keep the Social Intranet alive with posts on new features tutorials and user success stories.
o Maintain and improve SharePoint documentation including guides FAQs and how-to videos.
Training & Enablement:
o Organize webcasts publish videos and facilitate user onboarding/training sessions.
o Create structured feedback loops from users to the core product team.
Strategy Influence:
o Channel community insights and adoption metrics into product development discussions.
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication and moderation skills.
Experience in community management technical documentation or IT support.
Comfort with GenAI tools prompting and quick learning of AI platforms.
A user-first mindset and a passion for building strong internal communities.
