Location: Irving TX 75061
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care for postpartum mothers and newborns
• Perform thorough maternal and newborn assessments
• Provide patient and family education on postpartum recovery newborn care breastfeeding and safety
• Support mother-baby bonding and promote rooming-in
• Monitor vital signs pain postpartum bleeding and emotional well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Adhere to all safety and infection prevention policies and procedures

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience in Mother Baby Postpartum Labor & Delivery or Womens Health
• Strong assessment critical thinking and patient education skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate family-centered care.

• Active RN license in Texas.
• BLS-Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
