Job Description
Location: Beverly MA 01915
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Highlights:
- Shift: Day Shift (8)-8:00 start
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2480-$2640
Key Responsibilities:
- Admit patients for endoscopy or other procedural care ensuring a comprehensive assessment and plan of care.
- Provide recovery and post-anesthesia care including airway management vital sign monitoring pain management and patient/family education.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient procedural flow.
- Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergency situations.
- Document nursing assessments interventions and patient responses accurately and timely.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during all phases of care.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN License (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Procedural admission and recovery experience
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Endoscopy or procedural experience PACU nurses are acceptable and encouraged to apply
- Strong critical thinking assessment and communication skills
