Job Description
Location: Harrisburg PA 17101
Shift: Variable shift 8 Hours
Duration: 12-weeks contract
Weekly Pay: $1840 $2000
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI and radiographic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
- Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation
- Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Verify physician orders and confirm patient identification prior to imaging
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their well-being and safety
- Document procedures maintain accurate patient records and enter data into the PACS/RIS system
- Follow all infection control radiation safety and MRI safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical team members to ensure quality patient care
- Assist with patient scheduling and workflow management as needed
Requirements:
- ARRT (R) certification (required)
- ARRT (MR) certification
- State of Pennsylvania Radiologic Technologist license
- BLS certification through AHA or ARC (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent MRI/radiology technologist experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 75 miles.
