Full Time/Direct Hire
About:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in the industrial metals industry. In this role you will use software like AutoCAD and Sigma Nest to turn customer designs into accurate machine programs. Your precision and technical skills will help ensure we produce high-quality parts on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Program parts for equipment including lasers machining centers and welding/finishing machines

Create efficient nesting layouts to reduce material waste

Update drawings based on customer changes machine capacity or operator feedback

Communicate clearly with customers and suppliers

Help meet on-time delivery goals and quality standards

Follow work instructions and production schedules

Support continuous improvement in programming and production processes

Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma required; technical or associate degree preferred

1 3 years of experience in CNC programming
-
Skilled in 2D/3D CAD and CNC machining programming
-
Proficient in AutoCAD SigmaNest and M/G code
-
Strong math communication and problem-solving skills
