About:
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure plant equipment and facilities operate role involves scheduling work managing a team overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance and working closely with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff.
- Hire train and review team performance.
- Plan maintenance work with Plant and Engineering teams.
- Manage the maintenance system (CMMS) and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Lead safety inspection and improvement initiatives.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and facility upkeep.
- Support team with troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance work.
- Follow all safety sanitation and food safety regulations.(FDA GMP OSHA HACCP)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical degree 5 years of maintenance experience.(or equivalent)
- 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Able to use forklift scissorand aerial lifts.
- Strong skills in electrical mechanical automation PLC and SCADA systems.
- Good math computer and technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask.
